Having one centrally located tool has helped us tremendously in terms of providing a consistent approach to placements across the university, leading to time and cost savings and an improved experience for stakeholders.
The [Sonia] Dashboard allows me to see across the whole university where all the students are regardless of discipline. That feature was exactly what we used [during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic], we took that snapshot of the map and ran off that list. And we immediately pulled out who the students were, where outside Perth they were, and who had to contact them.
